I ordered some items from the Regency Group on Sept. 19, 2012. The check (1341), cleared my bank on 09/26/2012. As of today, Oct. 26, 2012, I have not received the merchandise that I ordered. I called Bank of America who accepted the check and explained to them that I have not received the items I purchased and they told me that they would provide me with the phone number of Regency Group. I was told, by Bank One to file a complaint with my bank. My bank told me that since I sent the check there was nothing they can do about it.
