I ordered safe smoke vapors for my daughter for $4.95 on 10/13/12, they charged me $99.67 on 10/26/12 for the "rest of the cost" which in not represented on their website as you are going through the initial purchase. I called on 10/27/12 and they said the 14 day trial period begins the moment you place the order. I questioned how I can be using something the day I place the order when it has not even been sent out? The "fine print" pops up after you complete the order. I cancelled the order, they said they would refund $40, I said I was not happy with the resolution, they offered, $59.72, I said I would not be happy unless I received the $99.67. They gave me the option of returning the product and I said yes, I was put on hold, when the young lady came back she said she was waiting for a return merchandise number but could now offer me $74.72 and keep the product. I ordered this for my daughter, and had been thinking where I would go and purchase other smokeless cigarettes, I decided to accept the $74.72 even though I was still not satisfied with the results and what would satisfy me is if the terms and conditions of ordering this product had been available prior to submitting the order in CLEAR language along with a refund of $99.67. Fraud is when a company says one thing, and the provides "fine print" after the purchase with "the details." All details should be clearly represented PRIOR to completing any order and I should not have to search their website to find them. The link for the terms and conditions was available after I placed the order on my receipt for the supposed price of $4.95.
