Called this co. searching for a 7hp pump for my hot tub.Instead they offered a 5hp pump and that it would fit,said the owner/technician.Turns out it does not fit,but I must keep the pump due to my attempt to install.It will cost another $250.00 to complete this installation.Took my complaint to the BBB and results are that hands are tied due to void in warranty on the pump if installed by anyone other than an employee of CRHT.Being that I was not forewarned,I found this sale to be a trap.This is a great site,hope it branches out to different areas and streamline products so pissed customers can go directly to an area of commom issues.I would like to see things like Pissed hot tub owner or Pissed Ocean Cruiser or pissed vehicle owner as examples.This is a good start for Pissed and should be promoted because there are alot of rip offs occuring in the market place.Businesses have their own protections written in fine print,cosummers have none. Except for word of mouth and sites like this.Don't just be (Inappropriate Content Removed) about it,do something about it.
