Purchased Ugg boots reporting on website 100% guarantee, money back etc. but clearly when the boots arrived they are fakes !! The outer material does not even feel like suede/leather when the label says it is leather, poor quality. Invoice inside the shipping says unit value of $20 !!!
NOT happy as took 2 months to save for these. I have emailed the company still waiting I wouldnt pay $10 for them. Unfortunately I wore them for a couple of hours today, so I want to see if I can return them.
