Purchased via there web site 2 box sets of television series. Mary Tyler Moore Show and Rhoda. Originally logged onto Amazon followed links on Amazon. Emailed merchant unfortunatly no reply on 5 occassions. Contacted Amazon for assistance numerous times, would not assist me because they have no responsability when second party involved. When credit card statement arrived merchant debit money from card. Checked statement, deduction was made by different company. Haven't been able to get any response from merchant. I am more disapointed with Amazon as they really should check the credentials of these rogue merchants.
