My name is Kishawn Lewis I seen a ad on craigslist about selling iphones and I talk to a lady name Hellen Chen and I put a order in and she game a confirmation number which is 20110725123857. I never recieved the phone and they don't wanna refund me my money. The reciever name was Hongxian Chen. Hellen told me I can get my refund on the 1st and in China it's the 2nd and she said they Western Union agency is down. How can I get a refund?
