I recieved a call from a process server saying he needed to speak to me regarding court documents that he needed to serve me with, left a number to call and a case number. I called the number the following day and spoke with someone from hydra financial telling me they deposited money into my account and have been unsucessful at retrieving the funds. I told this man i had no idea what he was talking about bc i never authorized for anyone to deposit money into my account and he tells me unfortunatly there is nothing i can do but settle out of court for $350.00 for a $200.00 loan i never agreed to. Im so confused because I feel like this is a scam and very un fair that i never recieved any documentaion phone calls or anything regarding a payday loan.

- They said the SAME EXACT thing to me! They called my work and i spoke to them i had no idea what they were talking about and they said i was lieing and they were going to go to my job and serve me i hung up on them i was crying and they called my manager and yelled at her! my manager let me go home and i reported them to the police so they are undergoing a investigation! they stopped calling me and my job. DONT LISTEN TO THEM !
