Bank told me the funds were available and did not notify me that the check was bogus until 5 days after it failed to clear. Believing that the bank check was good, money sent via Western Union to Candy Igbinosa, 2 El Shaheed Tarek Khalaf St., Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.
