I ordered this online on 10/28/2012. After reading several complaints, I immediately called on 10/29/2012 when the company's customer service department opened. I was on hold for a long period of time, and then I was told by an automated message that due to a high volume of calls, I needed to call back and was disconnected. I waited 30 minutes and called back. I told the representative I wished to cancel my account, which she did and she gave me a confirmation number and told me that I would be receiving an email confirmation later (which I have not received as of yet, but when you initially order, a confirmation email comes out immediately). I then asked her if I would be charged and she said, "only $4.95 for shipping and handling." When I asked her when it was shipped, she said, "3 minutes ago." She gave me a tracking number and when I looked it up online, there was no package trackable at the USPS with that number. I have since spent hours on the phone trying to get the real answer to this...I was told it was already sent, that a supervisor would call me back, etc. I do not want to have anything to do with this company. They are dishonest and deceptive. I know I was only charged for $4.95, but it is the principle behind it that is making me furious. I am yet to hear from the supervisor. Every time I call back, the person on the phone assures me that the supervisor will be getting back to me. When pressed to stay on the line, to try to put me through to the supervisor, they have a barrage of excuses that they recite. I am not going to stop calling until I get through to a supervisor and get a refund. If anyone has any advice on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
