A COMPANY THAT PROMISES TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY OR RENT IT OUT. THEY ARE ON THE PROWL AGAIN. DON'T FALL FOR IT. READ UP ON THESE PEOPLE. THEY EVEN HAVE THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ON THEIR WEB PAGE.

I paid $600 for Global Resort Management to advertise my timeshare back in July, 2008. I just recently read other complaints with this company. I suggest everyone read the complaints. In the contract they say your timeshare will sell or rent within 90 days. I still have my timeshare, and I have yet to recieve a call from anyone wanting to rent or buy it. For 3 years I have called every 45 days then call back the following week to get a priority number. I have done all of this. No where in the contract does it specify in order to update your listing you have to go through these steps in order to rent or sell it. When you speak to a live person they tell you that timeshare owners have to call every 45 days. I have my documents of every call that I made in 3 years.

2 months ago I got a call from Global Resort Management wanting to pay me a $100 to close out my account. I of course said NO, because I paid $600 for them to advertise it. I contacted them Oct 28th, 2011 again to update my listing. No answer so I left a message for a call back. Now I have left 3 other message since this date. I have yet to recieve the call back to update my listing and give me the new priority number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. 3 years they been playing a game with me. They produced false contracts, and done nothing in 3 years. They get the money and do nothing after that. I would like to see this company be held accountable and have all money refunded to all those scammed before they have the opportunity to open another business in a different name.
