I recently did an online survey. I don't recall the details or what it was about. At the end of the survey, they told me that i have won a Walmart gift card of $1,000. Then they asked for my address and phone number which I provided. Today i received a call from them telling me that they want to ship me my card and want to confirm my address. They told me that i would have to pay $19.95 for a magazine. I asked them if they can take this money off from the $1,000. They said it's not possible. I didn't understand the reason the provided. Anyway, I told them that i will call them back with a credit card number. I called Walmart and they told me that there are surveys out there where you can win Walmart Gift Cards. But they don't have more information and they didn't know if General Subscription is legitimate or not. Now i find myself in a quandary. Does anyone out there know if this is a scam or not? Please help me!
