Placed an order, received a confirmation, a couple days later my card was charged, never received any product, nor shipping info. Called and left voicemails and emailed several times and no response. At one point the website was shut down and got my email returned. Either they are always "out of the office" until Friday or on the other line, no one ever actually answered the phone for me. Total scammers!
