I was billed 39.95 on 10/29/12 for a recurring checkcard purchase. I have not had nor maintained an account with archives.com. At one time, a couple of years ago I did initiate a "free trial" but cancelled within the time period. I have not been billed since. My bank confirmed that there have been no charges by that company in the account history as well.

I spoke with a representative who searched using my card number, date of charge, email addresses and they claim "I am not finding anything with your name or that information with charges for those dates."
