I have no qualms with this company's shady dealings, as far as how they advertise their membership. My problem is the underhanded way in which this company presents it's 'fine print'. I referred two co-workers to their site, who then purchased JustFab.com merchandise. I was informed that there is a rewards point system for purchases and referrals that lead to purchases/memberships. When I chatted with a representative named Krysle, she informed me that I needed to click the invite friends tab, that is in no way advertised through the entire memebership process, to invite my 'friends'. Said friends need to accept the invite, so that I can accrue rewards points.

This is in no way explained to the customer, and I summize that I am not the first to be burned by this policy.

There was no offer to even look into the claim I made, just a generic response on why I have not received the rewards points I owed. Both people I referred to the site told me that they clicked they were referred by a friend, but had no ability to name me as the referral. I would like to see this practice rectified so that future misconceptions are avoided.

In the interim, I would like to be awarded my free pair of shoes for presenting JustFab.com with business they otherwise would not have had.
