Value pass signs you up for a $4.95 14 day trial offer and then charge $99 for the next 12 months unless you cancel during the trial period. In order to get the gift card offer they make you send in $100 of receipts each month to receive a $10 rebate. Do the math - its a rip off and a scam. If it is too good to be true - it is!
