Complete scam, after looking online it seemed fairly reasonable, do not order of these!! I've just had £112.50 taken out of my bank account AFTER 'cancelling' the trial and the auto shipment process, as well as sending more than 50% of the contents back to be posted to Ireland, po box 111 Shannon co clare. They told me if I did this I would not be charged anything at all (on the phone to there customer service) absolutely horrible to be one of many victims of this scam, I'm going to try and get as much money back as I can because this is just disgraceful, 112.50!!!!!! I want my money back!!!

- I have been a complete idiot and did not read the small print! Duped by a supposed endorsement by a Channel4 beauty journalist. I have so far paid 112.50 three times!! and despite returning both subsequent shipments completely intact they are sticking by their no refund after 30 days policy. I should think the contents are not worth even 50p in real money, let alone £112.50. They say that my subscription has been cancelled, and that I will receive an email to confirm this within 72 hours. And the money back on the latest delivery. Let's see. The people I spoke to are based in the UK, but refused to give me a UK address and the complaints department is in Panama!!! What hope have we got.
