I got a call from 1-954-312-0358 stating that I was eligible for a free gift. I called them back and the agent stated that the gift was $100 in gift vouches in a trial offer good until 11/23/2013 for a charge of $19.90. I signed up, yet when I looked them up, I saw that they were fraudulent. So I called the toll free number of theirs, 888-863-5570 to cancel my membership and to get my money back. The agent Kayli said the money is non-refundable and that the agent who gave me the offer stated that.
Only problem, that agent never told me back. So I called back today at the toll-free number, had my membership cancelled. And Kayli's supervisor, Terry Wolf told me that money is still non-refundable. By state and federal law, all my money is totally refundable.
If anybody ever gets a call from 1-954-312-0358 and 888-863-5570, don't answer it, and put your number on a do-not-call list. This is a straight-up scam and fraudulent operation.
