I was informed that it was a free site but they wanted to have a credit card number just in case. However I never learned what the "just in case" statement meant. When I went to use the site I could get only to the ad page and when I tried to continue it would go back to the ad page each time. I have tried to get information to request a refund but I have not found any pages on the web site to give me that information
