This company used to be known as pbdistributiononline.com. On October 27, 2012. I purchased a 3 PC license for Microsoft Office Professional 2010 from Sharpmediaexperts.com over the internet and paid with paypal. The link that was sent on 10/27/2012 to download the software did not work. Days later they replied sending the same link and another link, which did work. I downloaded the software and was able to use the product key provided to download. The 2nd problem came when I was asked to activate the product in Activation Wizard. When I arrived at Activation Wizard it gave me two choices: Continue activation over the internet or by telephone. I tried both ways. I followed their instructions but was told by the Microsoft automated agent "I'm sorry, we cannot complete this transaction as our records do not recognize this as a valid product. You may be able to return this software to your reseller for a new product. Thank you for calling Microsoft. Good-bye." I contacted sharp media experts again several times regarding what I should do, and they never got back to me. Don't be fooled by this company! Please DO NOT USE THE COMPANY or whatever it is. I have maintained all of my email correspondence with this company. I will be pursuing this to make sure this company is DONE taking peoples money.
