I thought being a good Granny for the Grandkids and buying wholesome Disney Movies would be a good thing. Being on a fixed income we fulfilled our obligation as quickly as we could afford, now 3 months later they are still taking money off our debit card...DISNEY PEOPLE, DISNEY!! Just don't. REALLY.

- I think they need to restructure their whole business, refunds takes weeks, customer Service is like talking to robots not compassionate thinkers. Bad, bad, bad. Walt would be so P*SSED!!!!
