Stated policy for a extra piece of luggage on their website for a flight from Paris to Athens was 40 Euros. We were charged 282 Euros. We disputed the amount with the Agean customer service personnel at the ticket counter. They told us to either pay or throw the piece of luggage away. Essentially, my wife and I, along with our luggage, were held hostage by Agean Airlines.
