I placed an order for stainless steel refrigerator via AimTofind.com on 8/29/2011, and I got the refrigerator today 9/1 which is fast, but it is not stainless steel, it is black instead, that is not we want.
The picture displayed on their website is stainless steel when I do the search before I ordered; I was misleading by their web adv.
Because this black one is not matched our kitchen appliances. So I sent email to the service department (they don’t take phone call all communication need through emails) and told them about the wrong refrigerator I got, and I want to exchange it to be stainless steel one or return it if they do not have stainless steel with the same size.

They told me the sku#LSC23924SB is for black, as a consumer how can I know the sku# mean?
And they said the picture on their website just for reference, if you want to know the detail about the product please see the specification when I click the specification tab there is no any word talk about the product detail and color, there is nothing write under the specification. And I sent them a screenshot of the specification, and asked them: please tell me what you can see under the specification? No feedback. Later on the sales sent me another email: On our website it shows that the product comes in stainless white and black. Also on the pictures it shows it in multiple colors…..
And I reply them: No, it is not true; I only saw the product in stainless steel, no multiple colors before I ordered. Also I saw the description section for the surface: Coated Metal, Stainless Steel that describes the product of sku#LSC23924SB, how can you explain that? ….
As their email said “if you wish to do a return we can accommodate you however the return fees would be very costly… shipping would be approx. $185-215 each way on the product additionally there would be a 20-30% restocking fee.” Due to I was mislead by them they should not charge me anything for the returning. How can they tread a customer like this?
