A person messaged me using scout chatline using the name Charles Donovan form beverly hills, CA. We began chatting and emailing each other. When the topic came up of when I would be able to talk to him, " stated that he was in west Africa". He stated" that his mom was sick and he was there visiting her". He emailed from the email [email protected]. He began to profess his love for me and soon after said he had a problem and needed help. I explained I didn't have a problem helping him cause thats something I would do for anyone that asks. He began asking for more money and I stated I could not help him. He was upset by me stating that I could not help him but continue to email me. He has sent many photos of his self. After doing some research I realized this person could be a scam form west africa. I did a trace on the phone number that I was texting and releazed it is a Beverly Hills, CA number but that is all the imformation that is given. I did a trace on the Name that was given me and the age which was 37 but there is no one that lives in that area with that imformation. I have all the emails and text messages saved that I sent and that were sent to me as proof of possible foul play. The photos I believe are of a model that is being used with out knowalege.
