I didn't apply for a loan with them. But they took $30 from my account without my permission. When I called, the first representative I spoke with stalled and drug her feet ridiculously, refusing to answer my questions until I would verify my information with her. Though I told her she apparently already had my information she refused to help. When asking for a supervisor, conveniently they were unavailable. While she continued to drag her feet, I hung up on her and called back. This person was able to pull up my "account" much faster, and explained that the $30 was a processing fee and that would be refunded to me if I finished the online loan application. When I told her I didn't want a loan, she canceled my "account" and tried very quickly to end the call. I cut her off and asked about the money they stole, and she repeated herself that the money would be used in the interest of the completed loan. When I told her that I again I didn't want to loan, I wanted my money she only repeated herself again.
