They drafted $29.95 without my authorization causing overdraft fees- To get this resolved call 1-888-485-5817 and they will refund your money and provide the following letter to your banking institution if you were charged any overdraft fees (Still was a huge inconvenience for me: See moneyleaf letter below: (Hope this was helpful)
To Whom It May Concern:
John Smith has recently applied for a short-term loan through our lending partners. In order to qualify for the loan, and for protection and privacy, our clients must be members of our financial services program. The activation fee is $29.95, which we have deducted from the bank account that they provide during the application process. John Smith was approved for a loan, but did not complete the process to obtain the funds requested. Our membership fees come with a Warranty of Service, which states: “if we are unable to provide the funds you have requested, then the activation fee can be waived”. It is our mission to provide each of our clients with the tools to make their financial situation improve both for their short and long-term goals. Our membership also drastically decreases the chance that our clients will default on the short-term loans they can obtain.

In the case of Karla Greathouse, it has come to our attention that our membership fee has caused their account to go into the negative, thus causing overdraft fees. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask that you help by removing any overdraft fees charged by your institution. We have refunded the $29.95 back to their account, and appreciate your help to rectify this situation and satisfy the customer.
