Bright White and Bella White

I ordered one trial sample of bright white and bella white and was supposed to pay 1.95 in shipping. Well the charged me 3.99 in shipping 3 times.

The product was not as expected. The pen with the solution falls apart and the ingrediants are the same as what you can buy in most stores. It also made no difference.

I called the 800 number and was assured it would be canceled but no explaination was given when I asked why I was ver billed for shipping and whythey tried to take 78.41 out of my account the next month. I was just told that was for the full subscription I signed up for. I asked just when did I sign up for it. The response was vauge and she acted like she could not understand me.

I called again the next month as once again they tried again to take out 78. 41.
All I could get was a recorded message saying that my account had been cancled.
Then for a 3rd month it all happened again and still just get recorded voice saying that my account was canceled. I followed instruction to speak with a rep and was placed on hold for 48 mins then it disconnected.

I was lucky that each time they tried to get money my account was below what they tried for.

I called my credit company and they advised me to close my account and re-apply for a new card which I did. They said they could not block the charges but this way they would just be trying to charge a closed account.. The rep said that they have had numerouse complaints about that company
