Isaw an advert on face book for free samples of anti wrinkle cream, after reading further they were £2.95 each for a serum and a cream which I ordered. On arrival the courier charge was £20, thinking this was unexpected but paid. On the delivery of two more supposedly free samples I checked my bank account and in the last two months the company has taken about £220 on eight withdrawals three of £64 plus and five of £4 plus without my authrotity from the Natwest bank. I cancelled my card after reporting to the fraud dept. and was given a phone number from the bank for the disputes dept to recover my money which I cannot ring till next monday within office hours. This is a total scam and feel so angry that face book had this on their site for there followers to be scammed!!
