My account was charged with this fee and I do not know what it is??? How do I get the charge reversed? Do I file a fraud claim with my bank? Or do I try calling the phone number that is part of the charge which is 206-274-2650? I can also, contact the Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney General's office and report this type of fraud.
