On 11 October 2012 this person Lynda Sing left note/phone number on one of my Trademe Listing that she have Iphone 5 for sell for $1100 which is what i been looking for i been leaving note on other trademe member that im looking for Iphone 5. so i got interested then i call her back on the number that she left me and we chat over the phone. I ask her to list it on trademe but she said it would be easier and don't have to pay for trademe fee. and i asked her how can i trust her and she said her name and her bank details should be easy to track her if some thing wrong. so i decided to buy the Iphone 5 off her for $1100 + $10 for posting. That was on 11 oct 2012 in the afternoon.

we start txting on the phone i ask her if she still have the receipt for the phone?

she said yes she bought it from jbhi 5 in Silvia park Auckland.

i told her that i put the money in for her already and sent her the bank receipt and ask her if she can post it later on today.

she said yes will rush in the post shop soon.

and then she said she at the airport picking up her mum.

and i told her post office might be close soon.

She said the one in the mall close late will go there after she pick up her mum.

and then she txt me back after about 8pm, sorry post shop close will post it out 10am on 12 Oct 2012 and send me tracking number.

12 Oct 2012 11:34am i txt her have ask her if she send the phone out yet and remind her for tracking number.

she said she going to the mall soon.

the whole afternoon i been txting her try to get her to send it out before 3pm so maybe i might get the phone on the next day.

she reply me back at 3pm said that she going to post office now.

now i got abit annoying so i cant be bother dealing with this person anymore so i txt her my bank details and ask her to deposit the money back into my account.

didnt hear from her til the next day.

13 Oct 2012 9:33am she txt me that she at post shop now.

so ok thats ok she is going to send it, that fine so i txt her don't forget to send me tracking number.

and i didnt hear since.

15 Oct 2012 morning i went to report to police.

till today still didnt hear form her and police
