I had recieved several faxes from this company and decided to finally call.. of course the sales dept. was very nice..I felt like this price was to good to be true and specifically asked if there was a 90 minute mandatory presentation I had to do and they said "no..the only tour will be at the resort you are staying just so you know where everything is at!" I was suckered into buying!! everything is legit so far except for the lies.. when I decided to book my vacation I had to then pay an additional $350.00 for "peak season" price which when I called the resort and talked to the concierge she said it WAS NOT peak season...and now I have to pay $99 per person to the resort for fee's and gratuity...so lets do the math...we are going to pay $950.00 to stay at this place..I went to the resort website and and we are saving about $300.00... my complaint is the lieing!!! I hate misrepresentation!!
