Placed order over the phone. After asked how many products I wanted to order... that was it!! The line just repeated ad after ad for other products and was dropped. The was NO clarifying order amount nor final dollar amount given. I had NO idea what was being charged NOR DID I AUTHORIZE CREDIT CARD CHARGE! Over and over, could not get customer service on phone. Ended up charged over 150% extra. Took 2 1/2 days to get someone to answer customer service and that was only when I received email the product had shipped. Then! Would only be given a return # to return shipment. Their return policy states that any refund will be minus P&H. What a scam! Do not do business with these companies!!!!!EVER!

Wow..never saw so much ill will. It is not a scam, not for me anyway. I have ordered it a few times and can see how it is easy to order twice without wanting to do so. The online form and Phone line are very sensitive to your options. My first time I double ordered and once I saw it, I called and had it fixed that day. Honestly, a company that is natioanlly advertised ( which aint cheap) is not out there knowlingly trying to scam anyone. If u google ANYTHING for complaints or scams, it comes up. ( Google Snuggie Scam and you will be AMAZED by the complaints. Every1 likes to look to other people for their own mistakes. U cant order properly, it happens. Dont blame the world

- To MaintenanceUSA: Are you a paid repersentative of these clowns at Moultin/Flex Seal?!? My experience with Moultin/Flex Seal is much the as PE_Ohio and if you read the complaints just for Flex Seal, there's more than just smoke. I have placed orders on the phone and online many times with many companies and never encountered a scam operation like this. Any reputable company immediately sends order conformation so that there is no question as what has been ordered and what the price will be. The Moultin/Flex Seal connection is a scam operation, pure and simple. Period. No ifs and/or buts.
