I found this unknown charge today in my checking account posted by ULAANCS.com, a customer service answering party. Contacted them about this - this was a charge I never truly authorized - they fortunately complied and issued a refund to my debit account with a confirmation number ( the last 6 digits they had for my account appeared to match up )
I don't know how they acquired my number - the answering service party also was able to cancel whatever membership was allegedly made.
