$30.00 check was drawn on my checking account to CheckProcess on 10/27/12 with two phone numbers, 866-789-3114 Palm Loan Advances; and 866-678-3482 CheckProcess Customer Service. Called first number, they asked for zip, name & spelling and to confirm my email and phone number. They told me in order to get my $30 refunded I would have to go to their website and fill out loan app... that the $30 was a fee for requesting the loan. BULLSHIT!! I never asked for a loan and my mailing address on the electronic check was an old one. I demanded a manager, supervisor, etc to get my $$ refunded immediately and no answer. I hung up and tried the 2nd number but it was after hours. I'll be calling my bank in the morning to report fraud and make a dispute. I'm reporting them on BBB tonight.
