i receved a final notice onthe 2nd october regarding failed attempts to discuss my account has.so i rang them that day to explain to them that i did not open the account my daughter did and used my name and that we had fallen out and no longer speak previously to this letter i had received a statement that how i found out about the account i emailed them explaining the situation and could the hold the acconunt till the new year when i would pay it. they e miale dmr back saying they could not do that and wanted payement. during the conveersation on the phone on friday i said i would ring up this week and pay ten pound he said that he would put it ion the system and to ring back when done it and see whar he could do. i rang up tuesday morning to see if i could do that and was told yes and i could set up a direct debit. so in the afternoon i received a text so rang hem and spoke to a gentleman i explained it all again and he said as long as i paid the ten pound that day i could ring and set up direct debit. so about 2omins later i rang to pay ten pounds had to gp throught it all again and said he would put me on hold i asked if he could ring me back as i was on a mobile he said he could not my credit went. i put some credit on and rang back again i went through it all but he was not happy andasked why i had fallen behind i told him i did not know about the account untill recentley and had tried to sort it out he would not accept the ten pound as he said i would have to speak to the manager and go through all the reasons i was behind and it was only a payement of 33.24 wht was i having trouble payin g that. so by this time i was so annoyed i paid it and set up direcr debit. the letter also says if your havimg problems paying please contact us and we will try to help . i did this and got nowhere to me they were not concerned about my situation just wanted the money.
