I bought a scoomba which is suppose to mop floors. I actually bought it from bed,bath and beyond for my mom for mothers day. It hasnt worked at all since I bought it. I have one myself that has always worked and worked great and being that it is under warranty I wasn't too worried. What I didnt know if that Bed b &b stopped selling them and they will not give any refunds or exchanges. The ppl at IROBOT where the warranty is through are HORRIBLE to deal with. Ive tried my best talking with them but they are from a call center and do not communicate very well. From what "Rebecca" the associate (from India) tells me is that they can't repair machines. I said Good because it's never been used..it's never worked. $500.00 for Nothing,.... I guess my next step is suing. Ridiculous
