This person likes to spout off about being a Veteran US Army Ranger down on his luck. Claims had open heart surgery twice but no surgery scars. A real good talker, gets you to feel for him regardless of your own circumstances. As a result, in trying to help this veteran "down on his luck", he not only ended up costing us our housing, but has over all cost us well over $ 2,000 between August through November and after promising via text messages, orally, and emails that he would pay us back what he cost us, he now refuses to pay anything.
