As lots of other ladies have done I have been scammed by this company !!. I ordered 2 trial creams day & night and paid a delivery charge of £3.02 each. I had no terms and conditions when I ordered this product and then I recieved a card from royal mail stating I had a parcel to pick up with a fee of £22.07 to pay. The folling week I recieved another card saying I had a parcel with an amount of £22.30 to pay so after going to the post office collection office I discovered that it was another batch of each one of the creams Vitalyze and Sylkskin. I expained to the post office that I had not ordered anymore of this cream and they said it's not a problem to send it back which they did. I then got in my credit card statemnt where 3 payemnts for £62.86, £63.92 & £63.01 had been taken from my account.I have been told from the Bank that I will not get my money back for these items but they will not pay any other money to this company. I am also going to take this to watchdog to see what they say regarding the matter. Totally gutted at losing this high amount of money on a major scam . I have tried the phone number 08082342043 which always comes onto answer machine and I have emailed them but have had no reply. To say I'm p'd off is an understatment !!!
