I thought I was calling apple support I came to find after Money was being deducted out of my bank account , this was not apple support they pose as apple tech support and after u agree to their support packages and get your info it shows up on bank statement techsupport ! After a few phone calls to this number scam company who also told me they were apples tech line , they refuse to refund my full amount of $300 talked to a man and he said he can refund 80 to my account and will see it in there. 24-72 hrs two days later I got another charge of $90 not a refund ! Now I call again and get a rude woman (scam artist ) who is now telling me they charge for diagnostic fees $30 a pop additional to this so called apple support bundle of $300! ! I'm ready to blow ! I want all my money back and want to know why this company is still In business after reading reviews of the same complaints ! I'm not done this is a shame that this is allowed to be a so called business Robbing people blind ! I turned them into the bbc and apple themselves I would hope everyone out there wil do the same !
