They took 200 pounds from my bank account and when i checked out my balance on 1st of nov it was gone to their account. I asked my bank about that they answered me you have given your details to them that's why you have been charged for that transaction. I contacted winner casino and told them that i didn't made any account with them and that you have charged me fraudently. After few days they replied to me that your account is now closed as per your request and you will be notified about your refund and ask me about my id. And i emailed them straightaway, but few days later they emailed me that out management has decided not to give you any refund. I asked them why they just said its our managment decision.. So i lost 200 pounds and from them i am in serious stress as this was not my money ...
