- You're not alone in this. I had the same thing with Ignite Cig and Emerald Lux. I had to make a claim at the bank that any additional charges or "out of the ordinary" charges were to be flagged. I eventually acquired all of the telephone numbers next to the items on my bank statement and cleared it all up. If you still want to find a trustworthy company for electronic cigarettes, I found one that is well-worth the price and the product is great too. I promise I don't work for this company, but I know how important it is to some people to want to quit or change over like I have. And I went through hell before I found a straight company to deal with. It's Blu Cig, blu.com. Seriously, no complaints from me there and no crap charges. I'll post this same message for the others on here as well.
