Placed an order on line for Isabel Marant sneaker shoes. Payment went through Paypal using my Visa card on October 31st. Shoes arrived November 9th. Concern as they were not the colour I ordered or the correct size. No paperwork with the shoes, no invoice, delivery note or return form. No style, size or product information on shoebox although there was a place for this. I e-mailed Anna Lee, with whom I had had e-mail contact, requesting full refund and information as to where to return the boots. After further investigation my fears were confirmed. Using "how to spot Isabel Marant fake sneakers" on line I discovered that the shoes are indeed fake. I have had no response to my e-mail.
