i ordered a sample for s&h charges only amounting to $4.28 on oct 16th. on my american express bill i find a charge for $34.98 on nov 3rd. i do not remember setting up an autodelivery for this product. i have contacted them thru email at their support dept just now so will wait to see if they reply. i will be calling my american express card to request a reversal for this amount on my account.
