A txt was sent to my cell phone stating an entry last month has won with a code number 3847. I did't enter any contest regarding a Target gift card. How did they get my cell phone number when im on a no call list for solicitors.

- This is such a scam. I recieved the same txt that a lot of other people are getting about an contest entry last month has won a 1000.00 gift card to Target and the code 3847 was given. I didn't follow through with it but its disturbing how they got my cell number when in on a no call solicitors list.
