I purchased this product and the information was false. I called several times and I emailed them too. They still haven't answered. I dont know what to do. They dont return call or emails and Im at the end of my rope I really hope you can help me out

As for the tools needed, the household tools can be used to repair your PS3, however the professional tools, as we call them, can also be used, if you have a hardware or PC hardware shop near you. If not, then household tools will do fine.
