I had a lifetime memebership I paid for years ago that I never used. I was called for a special promotion. I questioned the girl since I already paid for some thing I could use. I was planning on visiting my in laws. I gave her the date and was told I could use this package for that. I asked her several times and she said the same thing. When I received the package there was nothing in it that was any use to me. I called for a refund and was told it took 90 days. After 90 days i was told there was a mistake and it wan't processed but they would process it now. I was told to contact the resolutions office. They tried to offer something else I said no I just want my money back. They then said i would be contacted when my refund was processed. I still have not gotten my refund.
