I made a complaint about Dealfun.com originally on 08/25/2011 thinking I had been scammed after using their site, and although I had not used the proper complaints procedure provided by their customer services dept, I was contacted through this site by Chris at Dealfun.com who cleared up my misunderstandings & I received a refund for the FULL amount. Once again Chris THANK YOU
