On October 10 I ordered a Michael Kors handbag from a website "Michael Kors Plaza". about a week or two later I received a package from China. It was my handbag. I gave it to my daughter for a birthday present on 10/29/12. Approx a week later she called me to tell me the leather on the bag was cracking.
I have email this company 3 times and got no response. There is no phone # or address on the website for me to contact.
Any suggestions??
