There was an unauthorized check issued for withdrawl of 30.00 from my husbands and my account for a fraud pay day loan. which was never completed. When looking at the check through my bank the address on the check was even wrong. I called and spoke to an asian lady (unable to understand) who stated that we filled out for a payday loan when I told her this was not true she offered to cancel this so call loan application but would not refund the 30.00. Anyone who see's this debit from their account is urged to report it as fraud. They are stealing money from people that do not complete the application. And only state it is under your name. They couldn't even comment on the address which was also wrong. This is not the first time one of these payday loans has deducted unauthorized funds from our account and promised that no check would be granted without a signature. Herrin Security out of Herrin Illnois is still allowing this. I am closing my bank tomorrow.... PLEASE BE AWARE of these companies STEALING money from your account.
