I decided to go for the "free" trial of the Sylkskin evening cream and was charged 4.00 for the postage although i was annoyed i thought oh well lets try it. Then checking my bank statement at start of the next month noticed a payment of £63.57 had been taken off of my card with out any knowledge that i had agreed to this. I have emailed them twice no reply so contacted my bank so am going to take it further as they have said it says this is an ongoing transaction. I have sent an e mail today asking for information and informed them that i will take it further if i dont get a reply.
