We own a small building in WLA. We got behind in our payments at the same time my wife lost her job. We hired Gordon Dickson & Prosper Law to help us work out the situation with the Bank. Instead, they did nothing for months which lead to a sale date being posted. It turned out that the attorney Gordon assigned was under investigation for fraud and ultimately was disbarred. The case Prosper filed was dismissed. We were able to save our property via other means but Gordon Dickson and his company, Prosper Law, cost us thousands of dollars because of their negligence.
Update: 04/18/2014
Mr. Dickson has since closed the doors of Prosper Law and is now operating under the name Groundswell, LLC in Santa Monica, CA.
